We use top quality engravers brass. The brass plaques can be cut to any size. The 3mm thick is only appropriate for large signs.

Prices include 50 characters. Letters are infilled black, blue, green, orange, and red. A line border can be added if required. White paint fill is available at extra cost, please request a quotation.

Deep engraved letters which can be paint filled and can use any of the fonts listed opposite - Minimum letter size- 10mm.

artwork sent as eps vector file which can be used as it is

 

Pictures
We can include simple pictures on the signs. We have a selection CLICK HERE - or you can send in you own artwork - The cost is £2.75 per standard image or £8.25 for your own artwork has been vectorised (outline/traced) in a PC format - file types AI, or EPS. £16.50 for other formats eg. jpg, tiff or bitmap or artwork to be scanned (It must be a clean silhouette style image without any very fine lines or shades)

Borders
No extra charge for line border, £2.75 for a decorative border

Wooden Backing Boards
We can supply wooden backing boards if required. They are usually made in Oak. However we do have Sapele (similar to mahogany) and Iroko (similar to teak). If you want a specific timber, please state on the order form.

As a standard we treat the board with Danish Oil. However we can also treat with a black preservative which can look stunning. For a more contempory look we suggest using the black finish with a simple rounded edge to the board.

When calculating the size of wooden backing board please
add 1 inch (25mm) to plate size

eg  A plate which is 4" x 4"
will need a backing board 5" x 5"

Sending Orders

1. For fastest delivery - Click Here Order Online

2. Simply email the order to sales@sign-maker.net. If you include a daytime phone number we will call you for credit card details.

3. Print out an order form which can be filled in and faxed with credit card details to 01769 560819 or posted with a cheque to:- The Sign Maker, Country Ways, High Bickington, Umberleigh, Devon, UK. EX37 9BJ.

4. Use the Secure Payment Form and include on it all the details relevant to your sign. (P&P plus other details can be found on the 'order form to print')

Quotes
 For most signage the fastest method is to use the shopping cart to price the sign. If you don't wish to purchase the sign you can leave the program before adding your address or payment details. For more complex signs please send an email with all the details. Please allow 4 working days
