Hi Lyn & Hanna Many thanks for quick response and excellent service. Thanks for the tracking No and courier but did not need as parcel arrived before you read my email I expect. The event went well, all were pleased and impressed with your artwork, picture attached. A local quarry provided the stone plinth and resin bonded the plaque to it. I just hope and pray the local Neanderthals don't try to tear it up for a price of a pint. Once again many thanks in naval terms BRAVO ZULU 'well done'

Dear Linda: Just wanted you to know that the sign got to California in one piece and is wonderful. Enclosed is a picture of my dad and the  backyard oak tree which was the inspiration for the sign.  It's a 250-300 year old California Valley Oak a member of the white oak species.  It's 15 feet in circumference and a giant for the area. The plaque was unveiled today.  It looks so good, thank you all so much.  I am going to start a campaign to get a plaque made for his brother, Earl Rivers, when his book comes out later on and I will be back!  Meantime, this is the plaque, on its wooden backing. It is right at the start of the medieval section of Carisbrooke Castle Museum.  I think you're all wonderful, thanks so much for doing that for me.

Just a quick note to say how delighted we are the bronze plaque, and a big "thank you" for getting it to us so quickly. 

The plaque will be placed between two Oak trees, which will be planted at the lakeside, near the site of the plane crash.  I am sure the parents of the Simon and Spencer will be equally pleased and feel this is a fitting memorial to their sons.

The sign arrived today whilst I was out  - one day ahead of scheduled delivery!

We've just excitedly opened the two signs and are very, very happy with them.  They are exactly what we had hoped for, and in fact, exceed our expectations in quality and workmanship.  Thank you so much for such a fantastic service and for delivering a sign that we will be very proud to place in front of our new home.

Just now got 'round to opening your parcel...have been chasing my tail with other projects, finally catching up, so had a look: Wonderful! Absolutely wonderful!

Had no idea it would look this cool! and that you'd create a mold on which you imprint the art/lettering! Wow! This is truly first-class.

Most covers I see are soft fabric, with whatever imprints may be.

Yours is so much nicer and classy!

Really, if you have some business cards, sure we could use 'em as people are going to ask: Where'd you get that lovely cover made?

Maybe you don't need the 'foreign market'...too much hassle? But know you're head/shoulders above all the US manufacturers I looked over, and am very glad we got this done.
