A beautifully presented seating plan helps set the tone for your wedding reception and ensures guests find their place with ease. Our full colour wedding seating plans are designed to be both practical and elegant, suitable for indoor or outdoor use in all weather conditions.

Each plan is printed in rich, full colour onto a fully waterproof, scuff-resistant exterior-grade vinyl and professionally mounted onto a 3mm aluminium composite panel. This combination creates a lightweight yet exceptionally strong and stable display that will remain flat and smart throughout the day, even in heavy rain.

The layout, font size and spacing are carefully adjusted to suit the number of guests and tables, ensuring every name is clear and easy to read at a glance. Whether displayed on an easel outside your venue or positioned at the entrance to your reception, your seating plan will look great and perform reliably, whatever the weather.

The green table plans shown use Almbarswish for Find & Seat, Footlight MT Light for Please and Your, and Hadfield for the remaining text. These are just examples – we can of course create your seating plan using hundreds of alternative fonts, so you’re free to choose a style that perfectly suits your wedding.

The larger seating plan shown measures 650mm × 850mm, while the smaller plan above is 450mm × 600mm. If you look closely at the larger plan, you’ll notice the green background gently fades from dark to light. This colour fade can be produced in any colour, and we can even blend one colour into another for a completely bespoke finish.
