The Hardwood Header -

The options are:

Beautiful Oak - Varnished with a commercial satin varnish

Oil Rich Iroko - Similar to teak and easy to maintain

Varnished Sapele - Deep red similar to Mahogany

Painted Hardwood - The header can be painted in any of our standard colours

The timber used to make the standard headers is 30mm thick and 70mm deep. We can use other timber sizes on request for larger signs.

The panel on the standard sizes is inset into timber 50mm. It is screwed in, and wooden plugs hide the screws.

The Sign Panel Options:

Aluminium Composite - are highly resistant to weathering, corrosion, and UV damage. The combination of aluminium and a polyethylene core provides long-lasting performance which is more affordable than solid aluminium

Solid Aluminium - Solid aluminium panels are stronger and more durable, particularly in high-impact environments. Compared to aluminium composite, they are less likely to dent or bend. Solid aluminium often provides a more premium and polished appearance, suitable for high-end applications where aesthetics are critical. Solid aluminium panels can be recycled making them an environmentally friendly choice.

ToughPrint - This is fully encapsulated solid aluminium with superb full-colour print quality and long-term UV resistance. It will last for years without fading. It is moisture resistant, abrasion and scratch resistant, acid resistant, and can even be used in very harsh weather conditions, including by the sea. The Encapsulation is heat treated and gives a very robust quality finish, which is easy to clean and has anti-vandal and graffiti-resistant properties. In addition to the excellent exterior performance and the obvious quality, these signs are 100% recyclable.
