Aluminium is the most common material used for commercial signage. It is fairly light, does not corrode, so it is long-lasting and virtually maintenance-free. Not surprisingly, it is used for virtually all road signs.
It is available in various formats - from simple 3mm aluminium sign boards and aluminium sign boards with fixing channels and clips for almost any post to tray signs and finger-post systems
The simple sign boards are laminated in 14 standard vinyl colours and are, therefore, very cost-effective. However, they can all be powder-coated to any RAL colour.

Solid Aluminium Sign Boards
Simple but exceptionally durable and long lasting. Available in many sizes, with 14 standard board colours and even more letter colours, these boards are ideal for business signs that are to be fixed to walls or wooden posts. The addition of a bullnose edge can make for an impressive entrance sign.
Full Colour Aluminium Sign Boards
These signs are manufactured from 3mm aluminium panels, coated grey on the rear to prevent wall and fascia staining. The front is laminated with full-colour printed vinyl, making them ideal for signs requiring multiple colours, images, photos, or small lettering.
Send us your full-colour, ready-to-print artwork, or provide your text and colour images, and our designers will create the artwork for you. This is then laminated onto the aluminium plate. Discounts for ready-to-print artwork.
Aluminium Tray Signs
Our Aluminium Tray Signs are strong, well-made, and available in 120 RAL colours. They are perfect for large signs and situations where your signboard needs extra presence. With hidden fixings, these tray signs are ideal for warehouses.
Our tray signs, made from 3 mm thick aluminium, are manufactured to order using the latest folding technology. They feature welded and dressed corners for a seamless finish. These one-piece trays require no additional strengthening.
Aluminium Signage for Posts
This signage is ideal for business signs. It is made with solid aluminium sign board but with channels fitted on the reverse. They can be supplied with fixings to attach to round posts, square posts, farm gates or other tubing.
Aluminium posts can also be supplied in grey or matching colours. Fixing clips supplied.
Aluminium Tray Sign on Posts
Aluminium tray sign on square aluminium posts 50mm x 50mm. Available in any RAL colour. Can be single or double sided. Very smart entrance signs for commercial or domestic properties.
These can be made to almost any size and are powder coated to most RAL colours. Very impressive low maintenance signs.

The panels have sleeves attached, which slide over the matching aluminium posts makings the fixings almost invisible.
Modular Aluminium Signs on Posts – Invisible Fixings
This premium modular post-mounted sign system uses 16mm deep precision-extruded aluminium planks that slot neatly into matching grooved posts for a clean, fixing-free finish. Originally designed for smaller wayfinding signs, the system now includes larger post profiles and custom plank depths for bigger signage. Panels are fully interchangeable for easy updates, with a matching infill extrusion concealing the mounting groove.
RAL Colours for Aluminium Signs and Fibreglass Signage
Our aluminium signage can be powder coated in a wide range of RAL colours, ideal for tray signs, finger posts, double-sided signs and post-mounted signage. Flat aluminium panels are often supplied with laminated vinyl graphics as a more cost-effective alternative. Fibreglass signs can also be manufactured in these RAL colours. Aluminium Finger Posts
Make it easy for your visitors to find their way around with these aluminium finger posts. Available in any colour with and one to eight arms. These can be pointed to any direction by just adjusting a grub screw. Can be one one level or different levels.
As standard, the aluminium is 3mm thick, which is fine for most places. If the finger post is to be sited in a high wind location, we can make stronger 16mm thick arms
Superior TOUGH PRINT Aluminium Signs
A range of printed signs which are superior to most other full-colour sign boards. They are comparable to vitreous enamel at considerably less cost. The colour quality is superb, with a long-term resistance to fading. They are printed directly onto aluminium and then encapsulated with a heat-treated coating, which is very robust, easy to clean and has anti-vandal and graffiti-resistant properties.
They are available as flat plate, with fixing channels and posts and as tray signs. Reflective and photoluminescent signs are also available.

You won't get tougher than our tough print signs and memorials! Designed to last and weather the storms (literally), our tough print signage is moisture, abrasion, scratch, and fade-resistant. These plaques and signs can even be used in very harsh weather conditions - including by the sea.
These pieces can include small text, photos and printed designs. As well as being very durable, they are also resistant to graffiti and acids.
