SIGNS
Photoluminescent Self Adhesive
Vinyl - PV
Flexible laminated
PVC composite material incorporating a photoluminescent layer thermally
welded to a white reflective layer. Thickness: 0Amm. Indoor durability:
in excess of 5 years. Outdoor durability: good, but can reduce
in strong sunlight and humidity. Toxicity: non-toxic, non-radioactive
and contains no phosphorous or lead. Chemical resistance: resistant
to most common cleansing agents. Flammability: inherently fire
retardant. Adhesive: cross-linked acrylic, pressure sensitive permanent
adhesive with silicone release backing paper. Luminance performance:
in excess of 23mccl/M2 @ 10 mins. and 3mcd/M2 @ 60 mins. when tested
in accordance with Din 675 10 part 1.
Rigid PVC with laminated photoluminescent
layer - PR
Laminated PVC sheet
incorporating a photoluminescent layer backed by a rigid white
reflective substrate and protected by a tough, clear gloss PVC
film. All laminations are thermally welded to form a cohesive sheet.
Thickness: 1Amm. Indoor durability: in excess of 5 years. Outdoor
durability: excellent, but can reduce in strong sunlight. Toxicity:
non-toxic, nonradioactive and contains no phosphorous or lead.
Chemical resistance: resistant to most common cleansing agents.
Flammability: inherently fire retardant. Luminance performance:
in excess of 23mcd/m' @ 10 mins. and 3mcd/m' @ 60 mins. when tested
in accordance with Din 675 10 part 1.
White Self Adhesive Vinyl - WW
Flexible gloss white
vinyl material. Weight: 11 Og/m'. Thickness: 80 micron. Dimensional
stability: 0.5mm max to DIN30646. Outdoor durability: approximately
2 years. Chemical resistance: no effect from oils, greases, aliphatic
solvents, heptane and kerosene. Flammability: self extinguishing.
Adhesive: emulsion based, UV resistant, permanent adhesive with high
initial tack and adhesion. Gloss: 60 to ISO 2831, 20', MD. Opacity:
90%
Rigid White PVC - WR
Opaque rigid white gloss PVC material. 950
micron thick with UV stabilisation, and impact resistance > 650kJ/M sq
to EN ISO 8256-A-3. Dimensional stability 4% to DIN 53377 @ 140 degrees C/
10 mins. Chemical resistance: No effect from oils, greases and most
common solvents. Cold weather performance 30 degrees C tested to DIN 53372.
